  前瞻產業研究院發佈的《2013-2017年中國空氣淨化器行業市場需求預測與投資戰略規劃分析報告》資料顯示,未來5年中國大陸空氣淨化器銷量將保持30%-35%的高速增長,未來三年的市場總量將可能達到1950萬台、2500萬台和3400萬台,預計到2015年中國大陸空氣淨化器行業市場規模或可突破600億元人民幣,2017年可達到1000億元人民幣以上。

 

  巨大的市場蛋糕吸引的不只是中國大陸家電廠商,眾多外資品牌也紛紛加大對於中國大陸市場空氣淨化類產品的投入力度。中國大陸空氣淨化器的市場規模估計為每年銷售100萬台。銷售量居首位的是飛利浦,日本的松下和夏普分列第2和第4位,加上大金,日資企業占到了市場份額的約40%。

 

  日本媒體報導稱,受中國大陸市場需求拉動,日本家電企業的空氣淨化器業務迅速廣大,松下2013年空氣淨化器銷售額較上年度增加25%,目前廣東工廠的生產量比計畫增加了50%,大金的空氣淨化器銷售目標也有翻倍增長,目前大金正以自己的空調銷售網路為依託加大推廣力度,此外夏普也在大力推廣作為新建住房標準配備的離子發生器產品。
